Licensors observed 2 slides are placed on concrete with no other ground cover; 110-300-0146(1) Licensors observed provider had placed recycled rubber tiles in toddler area that are not 6 inches deep 110-300-0146(1)(a) Dispute Description: The recycled rubber area is only for the toddler to play without any slides or climbing equipment. The only square play house and one 2.8 feet small slide were temporally placed on the concrete at the edge of playground not for kids to play and were planned to take away on the weekend because we just took off our sand box and woodchip play area for a project of installing new Turf grass play area.
